I had a delightful stay at Lyme Townhouse. The hosts, Jackie and Michael, were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a fabulous coffee machine for tea and hot chocolate. I loved the clean, stylish bathroom and enjoyed the delicious breakfast with many tasty options. The location couldn’t be better, just off the high street and a short walk to the seaside. parking was a bit of a challenge, and I had to use a distant public car park, which was slightly inconvenient, especially after a long day of exploring. Even though parking cost a bit, I felt reassured by the well-lit area. Listening to some noise from other guests early in the morning was bothersome, but it didn't ruin my experience. I would definitely recommend this place for its charm and hospitality, despite the parking issues.

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying freshly cooked breakfasts and a comfy bed that made each night relaxing after a day of exploring. It was just a few steps to the beach and less than a 5-minute walk to the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum. A delightful place for single travelers who enjoy walking about town and taking in the sights, but I wished for better parking options nearby.

Location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The breakfast options were extensive, with some healthy choices that complemented the delicious offerings. the room was uncomfortably hot, and the noise from early morning guests making tea was disruptive. there was a lingering drain smell in the en-suite that detracted from the experience.
